Community & Safety
Because every connection starts with trust.
Our community guidelines
Corplum is built on mutual respect. Here's what we expect from everyone using the app:
- A genuine profile: your own photos, with at least one clearly showing your face, and honest answers to the five questions.
- Respectful messages: every plume and every reply must contain a real message — no hateful, unsolicited sexually explicit, harassing, or threatening content.
- One person, one account: impersonation and fake profiles are prohibited and result in immediate suspension.
- No commercial solicitation, advertising, or fraud.
Report and block
Every profile and conversation in the app will include a report button, available at all times. Reports are reviewed by our team and may lead to a warning, suspension, or permanent removal. You can also block someone instantly: they won't be able to contact you or see your profile, and they won't be told you did it.
Photo moderation
All profile photos are automatically scanned to detect inappropriate content and confirm a recognizable face is present, before becoming visible to other users.
Tips for meeting safely
- Take time to talk before sharing personal details (address, workplace, phone number).
- Plan your first meeting in a busy, public place.
- Tell a friend or family member the time and place of your date.
- Never send money to someone you met on the app, whatever the reason given.
- Trust your instincts: if something feels off, you can leave the conversation, block, and report at any time.
