Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of corplum.com and, once launched, the Corplum mobile app. By using the site or joining the beta waitlist, you accept these terms. A dedicated, more detailed version will be presented in the app when you create an account.
1. Minimum age
Corplum is for people 18 years of age or older only. By signing up, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. Any account found to belong to a minor will be removed.
2. Service description
Corplum is a dating app built on a principle of perfect equality: each person holds at most five "plumes" (connection requests) in circulation at a time, each accompanied by a mandatory message. A plume with no reply after seven days expires automatically. Profiles follow a standardized format (five shared questions, a short free-text note, three to six photos including at least one showing your face).
3. Beta waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the app or a specific launch date. It simply lets us notify you once the beta opens.
4. Expected behavior
Once the app launches, you agree not to: impersonate another person or use a fake photo; post unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit content involving a minor, harassing, or violent content; use the service for commercial solicitation or scams; or circumvent safety mechanisms (plume limits, blocking, reporting). Violations may result in suspension or removal of your account, with or without notice.
5. Reporting and moderation
The app will provide reporting and blocking tools, accessible from every profile and conversation. Reports are reviewed by our team and may lead to a warning, suspension, or permanent removal from the service. See also our Community & Safety page.
6. Intellectual property
The "Corplum" name, logo, brand vocabulary (including the term "plume"), and site content are protected and may not be reused without written permission.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violations of these terms or our community guidelines.
8. No affiliation with app stores
Corplum is not affiliated with, nor endorsed by, Apple Inc. or Google LLC. "App Store" is a trademark of Apple Inc.; "Google Play" is a trademark of Google LLC.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." Corplum does not guarantee the service will be error-free or uninterrupted, and cannot be held responsible for interactions between users occurring outside the app, including in-person meetings. As with any online dating, caution is advised.
10. Changes to these terms
We may modify these terms; the update date appears at the top of this page. Substantial changes will be communicated to you.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applicable in the province of Quebec (Canada), without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable in your country of residence if you live in France or elsewhere in the European Union.
